Ruggedized Nano^PLUS servo drives combine our most compact servo drive with durable construction to ensure reliability in extreme temperature, humidity, vibration and shock environments. These ultra-compact drives allow for direct motor mounting or integration into space-constrained designs deployed in COTS and industrial environments. Ruggedized Nano^PLUS servo drives feature third-party approved Safe Torque Off (STO) and support a wide array of industrial protocols and encoder feedback.

Setting new standards for performance and connectivity, Accelnet^PLUS Ruggedized features ultra-compact modules in a space-saving footprint. These drives support BLAC, BLDC, linear motors and voice coils while delivering up to 50 A peak current. With dual absolute encoder interfaces and support for multiple industrial Ethernet protocols, these modules ensure precise control in demanding OEM applications. Integrated Safe Torque Off (STO) reduces system complexity, and all units utilize the intuitive CME software for streamlined configuration.

Engineered to MIL-STD-810 standards, the Xenus Ruggedized family delivers robust servo control with power up to 6 kW for harsh military and industrial applications. These AC-line operated drives handle extended temperature ranges, shock and vibration while supporting BLAC, BLDC, linear motors and voice coils. The Xenus Micro R11 series provides these high-power capabilities in a compact footprint suitable for vehicle-based systems and oil refining. Precise positioning is maintained through standard incremental encoder or optional resolver interfaces, with all units utilizing CME software for peak performance tuning.

The Accelnet Ruggedized family provides comprehensive digital servo control for high-density, multi-axis installations in COTS and industrial environments. These drives support BLAC, BLDC, linear motors and voice coils through module and panel-mount formats including the space-efficient Micro Module. Connectivity is provided via CANopen and DeviceNet with flexible command interfaces for integration with diverse control systems. Advanced digital control algorithms ensure optimal performance, with commissioning facilitated through the CME software environment.

Ruggedized Argus^PLUS drives are engineered specifically for AGV and robotics applications in rugged environments, providing 30 A continuous current in an ultra-compact form factor. These drives accommodate BLAC, BLDC, linear motors and voice coils across a wide range of absolute encoders including BiSS, SSI and EnDat. Communication options span EtherCAT, CANopen and DeviceNet for seamless integration into diverse automation networks. Integrated Safe Torque Off functionality facilitates safety-critical designs, while CME software provides the interface for precise motion tuning.

Ruggedized Stepnet^PLUS drives deliver precise single-axis motion control in an ultra-compact module format while withstanding harsh conditions. With encoder feedback capability, these drives allow stepper motors to operate as brushless servos for enhanced performance in space-constrained applications. Supporting CANopen communication and multiple command interfaces including step/direction, they integrate seamlessly into complex systems. Configuration and diagnostics are handled via RS-232 through the CME software to ensure efficient motor operation.
