Copley Runs Cooler: Side-by-Side Thermal Comparison
In this thermal imaging test, a Copley Nano drive and a typical servo drive run under identical load and conditions. Watch as the typical drive climbs well into the hot zone, reaching the upper 70s °C, while the Nano stays much cooler at the measured point. In robotic joints, AGVs and AMRs, there’s rarely room for oversized heatsinks or extra airflow. A cooler drive runs closer to its rating without derating around a hotspot, holding up better where heat has nowhere to go.
