Accelnet R20 Ruggedized for Harsh Environments

Copley Controls has developed a hardened version of the versatile panel-mounting Accelnet servo drive to meet both military and extreme industrial environments. The drive’s extended temperature, humidity, vibration and shock ranges provide added security in non-extreme applications. Designated Series R20, the hardened drives provide networking and stand-alone motion control for brush and brushless motors, and direct drive linear motors and actuators.

Stepnet AC Powered from 115/230 VAC

StepNet™AC microstepping drives run directly on 115/230 AC enabling high speed performance and eliminating the DC power supply. StepNet™AC can operate stepper motors as brushless servo motors taking full advantage of the step motor's high torque density while delivering quiet, smooth operation without stalling or lost steps. Sophisticated control modes are available including indexing, point-to-point, cam operation and gearing. Measuring 146 x 119 x 55 mm, Stepnet AC drives deliver 7A peak current.

Ruggedized Xenus R10 for Harsh Environments

Copley has extended the proven XENUS offline servo drive’s temperature, humidity, vibration and shock ranges to meet military COTS (Commercial Of The Shelf) requirements, including Mil Standard #810. The hardened drives, designated Series R10, can now be used to control rotary and linear motors/actuators in military applications and extreme industrial environments.
