Stepnet Plus - EtherCAT & CANopen 1&2 Axis Stepper Modules
Copley Controls extends its EtherCAT & CANopen solution prortfolio with highly compact 1&2 axis stepper modules. Featuring Servo Mode operation, stepper motors run quietly and operate at high speeds without stall issues.
Accelnet Plus - EtherCAT & CANopen 1&2 Axis Servo Modules
Copley Controls dramatically lowers cost-per-node with high power density Accelnet Plus 1&2 axis modules. Available in EtherCAT & CANopen versions the servo drives are PCB-mounted for optimal OEM flexibility.
Xenus Plus - EtherCAT, MACRO & CANopen 113/230 VAC Drives
Copley Controls announces the Xenus Plus family, setting new levels of servo performance and network connectivity. Operating from 115/230 VAC, the drives are available in EtherCAT, MACRO & CANopen versions.
Bantam - High Power Density Analog Torque Amplifier
Copley Controls announces the Bantam analog amplifier module for torque control of brushless and brush motors. PCB-mounted with solderless connectors, the Bantam is a highly cost-effective OEM solution for multi-axis systems.
Accelnet R20 Ruggedized for Harsh Environments
Copley Controls has developed a hardened version of the versatile panel-mounting Accelnet servo drive to meet both military and extreme industrial environments. The drive’s extended temperature, humidity, vibration and shock ranges provide added security in non-extreme applications. Designated Series R20, the hardened drives provide networking and stand-alone motion control for brush and brushless motors, and direct drive linear motors and actuators.
Stepnet AC Powered from 115/230 VAC
StepNet™AC microstepping drives run directly on 115/230 AC enabling high speed performance and eliminating the DC power supply. StepNet™AC can operate stepper motors as brushless servo motors taking full advantage of the step motor's high torque density while delivering quiet, smooth operation without stalling or lost steps. Sophisticated control modes are available including indexing, point-to-point, cam operation and gearing. Measuring 146 x 119 x 55 mm, Stepnet AC drives deliver 7A peak current.
Ruggedized Xenus R10 for Harsh Environments
Copley has extended the proven XENUS offline servo drive’s temperature, humidity, vibration and shock ranges to meet military COTS (Commercial Of The Shelf) requirements, including Mil Standard #810. The hardened drives, designated Series R10, can now be used to control rotary and linear motors/actuators in military applications and extreme industrial environments.
High Power Density Xenus Micro Drive
Copley Controls announces a compact but very powerful panel-mounting Xenus Micro servo amplifier family for controlling AC brushless and DC brush motors. Designated the XSJ family, Micro Xenus amplifiers provide an unprecedented range of motion control modes. Control versatility enables users to stock a single amplifier type for many different stand-alone and network-controlled applications.
